Does you home or investment property need a makeover?
We offer a variety of Residential painting services, whether you need a complete interior/exterior re-paint, or refinish existing woodwork/cabinetry. We have a service to transform your home or investment property. Below are four of our most common types of residential jobs. Before we begin any work our promise to you is; we always use the right products for the job to ensure paint will adhere to the substrate. We will protect any fittings, furniture, cabinetry and belongings with high quality 3M painters plastic. We will cover the entire house with heavy duty canvas drop-sheets to protect your floors, tiled areas and bench tops. We will make sure that all appropriate patching and preparation is done before painting. We will always clean up any mess created by us during the painting process, leaving your home neat and tidy.
1. The Quick Freshen Up
This is our most basic service and is great for a quick turnaround, or pre-sale makeover.
We will give the place a quick dust and wash before giving everything a light sand in readiness for painting. Caulking, patching and other forms of preparation will only be used where absolutely necessary to save you money. These methods of basic preparation will ensure proper adhesion when painting. All painting will be done to a high standard and the property will be left clean and tidy on completion.
2. The Budget Conscious Homeowner
This is the job where you tell us you'd like your home to look like new again but you just can't spend that sort of money. This job is a cut above the quick freshen up and includes thorough preparation and higher standards of attention to detail. We only use quality products and offer a personalised service with colour consultancy and aspects of interior design can be arranged if any remodelling is required. Exterior work will also ensure the home is adequately sealed making it water tight. Overall the job will look great and hold up for many years to come.
3. The High end Job
This job gives the highest priority to quality and appearance. Old and new surfaces are made to look the same. Preparation includes sanding and more sanding. Undetectable blending of old and new paintwork, with seamless texturing is matched. Sheen levels are evenly combined to accentuate natural lighting and ambience. Colours are often eye-matched to coordinate in whatever way necessary. It's all about the attention to detail, detail, detail at the highest level of expertise and craftsmanship. Products are of the finest quality. These are expensive paint jobs, but on completion the quality that distinguishes this type of job from others is outstanding.
4. Full Restoration - Heritage
When a restoration project is finished completely by means of new technology and traditional methods, it is possible to bring a project back to its former glory - the way the building looked when it was first built. Sadly, very few restorations are accomplished this way. Historical, heritage listed buildings sometimes are, although most restoration projects are designed to include modern conveniences. Such projects will often require the removal of things like asbestos and lead before any real work can begin, so quoting for restoration requires a lot of guesswork. Generally we will give you a projected figure at the onset of the estimating process, which we will later refine after the initial restoration process begins.
